How do I schedule a consultation?

There are two ways to schedule a consultation. For Urgent Care needs, log into your Bivvy Health account and select "Urgent Care" for your appointment type. A medical professional will call you back within 30 minutes.

For less urgent needs, you can easily schedule a primary care appointment by logging into your Bivvy Health account and selecting a convenient date and time from the available slots.

What types of conditions can be treated via telemedicine?

Bivvy Health caters to a wide range of non-emergency medical concerns such as cold and flu symptoms, allergies, skin conditions, and more. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or contact your closest emergency room.

How are prescriptions handled through telemedicine?

f your medical professional believes you need a prescription, they will order those. When you log into your account, you can select your preferred pharmacy. All e-perscriptions will be sent to that convenient location.

Is My Information Secure and Private?

Yes. The Bivvy Health platform is HIPPA compliant and all information shared via our platform and with our medical professionals is handled with the greatest security. No information is ever shared or sold.

Is insurance accepted for telemedicine services, and how does billing work?

We do not require insurance to use Bivvy Health. To keep it simple, fast, and affordable, we don't work with insurance and don't require it. We offer a monthly and annual family or individual membership. Or you can pay per visit. We believe health care should be accessible and affordable. Many of our Members have insurance but choose to use Bivvy Health for their Urgent and Primary Care needs to save money and and time and as a supplement to their insurance.

Are there specific technical requirements for using the telemedicine service? How do I access care?

There are no technical requirements. We built Bivvy Health so you can connect with a provider from a phone, tablet, or computer. During breaks, planning periods, or after hours. And, without leaving campus or missing an entire shift.

Most visits take 15–20 minutes.

I Own A Business. How easy is it to implement and what are the costs?

Very easy and you decide. Once you decide to partner with Bivvy Health we will help you design the program that fits you budget and provides the care your Team needs. Once you design your plan, employees will receive an email invite link. They will create their account in minutes and be ready to schedule an appointment with a medical provider.
