Individual: $39/month. Family (you plus up to 4 family members, one of whom can be another adult): $59/month. Additional adults are $12/month each. Pay-Per-Visit: $79/visit. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 11.

Yes. No cancellation fee. Cancel from Member Home and your coverage runs through the end of that calendar month, with no charge after that. On a monthly plan there are no partial-month refunds. On an annual plan we refund the unused whole months left in your term within 10 business days.

If a prescription is appropriate, your provider sends it electronically to any pharmacy you choose — automatically, same visit, no extra fee.
No. Bivvy covers writing and sending the prescription. You pay pharmacy prices. Many meds are affordable with GoodRx or similar programs.
No. Bivvy providers cannot prescribe Schedule II–V controlled substances. See a provider in person for those.
You plus up to 4 family members. One of them can be another adult, and the rest are children under 18, so a plan with a partner on it has room for 3 children. Additional adults are $12 a month each, up to 2 more, on top of the 4. A spouse or domestic partner has no age limit; a child who ages onto the plan stays eligible through age 26.
Children under 18 are managed through the parent's account. Everyone 18 and over gets their own login and their own private records.
Yes. All providers are experienced treating patients of all ages including infants, toddlers, and young children.
Not when your team enrolls and pays Bivvy directly. That is a consumer purchase and it creates no benefit plan for your business. It does change if you pay for or contribute toward memberships: an employer that funds medical care for its employees is generally treated as sponsoring a group health plan under ERISA and the ACA, whether or not the product is insurance. A QSEHRA is the vehicle federal law provides for contributing, and we can walk you through it. Bivvy does not provide legal or tax advice.
Yes. No minimum hours requirement. Full-time, part-time, seasonal, or contract workers all qualify.
Nothing. Employers are never invoiced. Every partner organization gets the same standard partner rate for its team, below our public pricing of $39 Individual and $59 Family, with annual at 12 months for the price of 11. Yes. All visits and health data are HIPAA-compliant and encrypted. Your data is never sold. Only shared with your provider during your visit.
No. If your employer offers Bivvy as a benefit, they have zero access to your individual health information or visit records.
