For Early Learning Partners

The healthcare partnership built for your center.

24/7 access to a real doctor for your whole team. We handle the setup, the materials, and the launch. You stand to the side.

Nothing to administer

No enrollment window, no forms, no filings, nothing routed to you. We handle all of it.

Back in ratio faster

A teacher who sees a doctor tonight is on the floor tomorrow, not out half a week.

Something real to offer

About half of centers have no health benefit for staff. This is one you can put in front of your team.

Built by operators

We run early learning centers ourselves. Four of them. This is what we built for our own teachers.

Launch Partners

Join a founding cohort of early learning centers.

Launch partners get the full partnership setup included, as reference accounts who help us refine the program before we open it broadly. Cohort closes October 31, 2026.

The Problem

Your teachers deserve something. Most of them have nothing.

You run a center where the people who show up every day are the whole business. Most of them have no health coverage. Group insurance costs more than it's worth at your size, and the broker conversation hasn't moved in five years.

So the honest answer most owners give has been nothing. A teacher gets strep on Tuesday, toughs it out, misses a shift, or spends $200 at an urgent care she'll pay off in March.

You've watched it happen. You've probably covered the room yourself.

What's Included

What we handle during implementation.

The whole setup. You stand to the side.

Co-branded launch materials

Your logo, your center's name, written for your staff. Printed flyers, break-room posters, enrollment handouts. We design, print, and ship.

Dedicated enrollment page

Your staff enrolls through a URL built for your center, carrying your branding and a partner code they can't miss.

On-site launch session

We present to your team in person or on video. Walk through what the service is, how it works, how to sign up. You don't have to explain anything.

HR toolkit and scripts

Short scripts for your directors, pre-written FAQ for the questions your staff will ask, email templates for new hires.

90-day account manager

One person you call. No ticket queue. Handles enrollment questions, launch logistics, and anything else in the first three months.

Monthly utilization reporting

Aggregate numbers for your center, no personal health data, so you can see what your staff is actually using it for.

How the Money Works

Your team pays Bivvy directly. Nothing touches your payroll.

Your team enrolls with Bivvy and pays Bivvy. Nothing routes through your payroll, your books, or your filings.

That matters for a reason. Any time an employer contributes to employee healthcare, federal law turns it into a group health plan with filings, taxes, and reporting on your side. Partnership routes around that because you contribute nothing to the memberships. Your team pays for their own care; we handle the setup.

Partnership is a services relationship with Bivvy, not a benefits plan for your staff.

Why It's Worth Doing

The math pays for itself the first time it happens.

$384 The cost of covering a three-day callout. Four a year across 15 staff is five figures before you count turnover.
33% Annual turnover in center-based childcare. Replacing one teacher runs 50% of her salary at the low end.
~20min A teacher who sees a doctor at 6pm Tuesday is in her room Wednesday morning. In childcare, that's ratio.
What Your Team Gets
