Bivvy Health wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built by business owners, educators, and operators who spent years responsible for classrooms, gyms, staff schedules, and families—and quietly struggled to take care of themselves along the way.We’ve managed schools and childcare centers.

We’ve covered shifts, rearranged schedules, and worried about our people showing up sick because they couldn’t afford not to.And like many of the people we worked alongside, we’ve faced the same questions:When am I supposed to see a doctor?Can I afford to miss work?How much is this going to cost me?Is this really serious enough to sit in urgent care for hours?

‍Too often, the answer was to wait. To push through. To hope it got better on its own.

Bivvy Health exists because we knew there had to be a better option—one that respected people’s time, budgets, and real responsibilities.

Why We Built Bivvy

We saw firsthand how hard it is for educators, coaches, and support staff to access care.Healthcare systems are often built for people with flexible schedules, generous benefits, and the ability to step away for hours at a time. That’s not reality for most frontline workers.

We wanted to create something different:

* Access that doesn’t punish people for taking care of themselves

Respect people’s time: Care should fit into real lives, not demand an entire day.
